The R Gruppe Officers and Board of Directors are pleased to invite you to the 2024 Treffen

Only R Gruppe members, plus up to one guest, will be allowed to register for Treffen and each registration will be allowed the option of booking one hotel reservation. No separate hotel guest reservations will be allowed.
At a later date, we may be opening up event registration to prospective members and friends of the R Gruppe.

EVENT DETAILS
R Gruppe members (all references to 'R Gruppe members' refers to those members in good standing as of March 1, 2024), will be able to register for the Treffen event.
The event registration fee will be $275/person and will include a Treffen Goodie Bag containing an event t-shirt, decal, duffle bag and name badge. In addition, it will also include entry to the welcome reception Thursday afternoon and the dinner reception on Saturday, with one drink poker chip.
The banquet dinner will be plated and include a choice of beef filet, salmon or vegetarian option.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The host hotel will be the Hilton Santa Fe located at 100 Sandoval Street, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501. A block of rooms has been secured at various discounted rates plus standard taxes and fees. Rooms will be made available on a first come first serve basis only to individuals that register for the Treffen event.
Upon successful completion of your Treffen registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Hilton Santa Fe's group booking website to make your hotel reservations at the discounted rates. Please DO NOT share this link with others who have not registered for the Treffen event, as we want to ensure that only those R Gruppe members who have registered for the Treffen event will be allowed to reserve a room at the discounted rates. We will be reviewing the list of those who have registered against the list of reserved rooms to try and mitigate any issues of unauthorized reservation use.
EVENT MERCHANDISE
A limited selection of R Gruppe merchandise will be available for the purchase during Treffen registration and check-in times only. Non-members will be able to purchase 2024 Treffen event merchandise, but only R Gruppe members will be allowed to purchase R Gruppe club merchandise.
All purchases must be made by credit card - No cash will be accepted.
